about arguments, or how to win one, they'll all basically tell you that its nothing to do with the facts, all arguments descend into who can get the upper hand, and how you need to keep your nerve, and stay calm

They'll all tell you the minute you raise your voice is the point where you've lost the argument

Quite interesting to the read about it though, idiots will never give up, but you can limit the amount of crap they speak. Give in to them, and you'll regret it
