and he sees it as a great opportunity to win an argument. The chaos will follow cos yours will be a build up of him wearing you down, and to him, it's just a great invite to win an argument

That guy at work is alright really, and he knows he gets on my nerves, but he can't help himself. The last time he disagreed with me about something was religion, he waltz'd up to me all "religions a load of s**t isn't it?", and I said "well I don't believe in it, but you have to respect people who believe in it, some of the best balanced and nicest people you'll ever meet will have faith"

I just walked away from him. When he'd calmed down, he said his wife says the same thing, so he's had the argument already, and I said to him "you can win any argument with me, but you'll always win it at a cost, remember that"

The last time he did something like that, ie win an argument by just dictating aggressively at me, I stopped logging into communicator at work (like msn), and he realised.

Like I say he now comes over to preach his rhetoric at me. I'll never change the way he is, so I just ignore him

What you've just said is something I sometimes do, if I sit someone and think how much a dick someone is, I often think about how I'm only getting 2 hours of it, and others put up with it day in and day out
