To be fair all banks are pretty much the same when your in debt....

but I got into some pretty bad money worries, through negligence and no fault but my own.
HSBC were charging me on average £150 a month, I went in on numerous occasions to try and sort this and they just fobbed me off and told me i needed to sort out my outgoings.

I did and then they still wouldn`t help.
In the end i marched in and proved that it was the banks fault that i wasn`t able to rectify my problems and they instantly took away £100 that they were due to charge me.

I`ve claimed for £2000 but have just got to wait on the test case is finished. Got a letter through the other day though updating me and it seems that its still pretty much in stalemate.

the courts have said that they are unfair, but also have said they`re not penalty charges.
