Which bank?
Sometimes if you just call or go in to the branch they'll refund that amount. They don't want the hassle.
What you can do to make it easier, if they've stung you £85, and you know it's partly your fault, ie you know you were going overdrawn without permission, is tell them you accept a charge of say £20, but ask for the rest back.
