Yes.
You can either do it yourself, or use a 3rd party, the result will be the same, you'll just pay the 3rd party to take away the hassle, 20-30%.
There's an appeal waiting to be heard in respect of the OFT ruling, which is unlikely to be resolved this year. So you'll basically have a long time to wait.
The thing to remember is that you can only claim going back 6 years. So if you want to claim for charges that are nearing that age, then put a claim in now, even though you case won't be heard for a long time, it will effectively act as a stake in the ground and prevent you falling foul of the 6 year ruling.
