you seem to be under the impression that we have a 'RIGHT' to cheap fuel for transport?

i disagree, it's a luxury.

it's like the parents you complain about the price of holidays going up during Half-term and other school holidays and then thinking the government should intervene to regulate prices.

well tough s**t to them (and indeed me for when my son is of school age), a holiday is a luxury, in t'olden days people didn't bleat about not being able to afford 2 weeks in Benidorm (or even Butlins for that matter). if it really matters that much to them they should cut back elsewhere, or not have children at all
