this has left the club with a better asset hasn't it. They can now sell more tickets, and the building is worth more on the BS. The debt also bought the club the 3rd highest profit maker (the restaurants), meaning further earnings potential. However if the debt was taken on and we could have actually afforded to build two stands then this was plain stupid. (Obviously we couldnt afford it)
speculate to accumulate!
