agree with MOST of that.......

but he never had the chance to join Liverpool or Celtic - he was at Norwich because other than Crystal Palace, seemingly no-one else of note wanted him.

He spent six of the last seven seasons playing in the Championship for Man City, Forest and Norwich and always seemed a little bit too comfortable in playing at a level beneath the one which he possibly should have been aspiring to.

I think Roeder has made a wise decision to be honest
