Roeder deserves respect after saving us

from relegation, but it's difficult to like the guy. Probably not that important because he'll be judged on results not personality, but he does come across as cold and fairly unemotional. I think he's made a big mistake with the way the Hucks annoucement has been handled, and will only be forgiven if he pulls a rabbit out of the hat this summer.
