I'd go for Bawburgh if i were you
They're helpful with beginners and i think they offer short term off-peak memberships (they did a couple of years ago anyway). Royal Norwich is quiet tough and Barnham Broom is probably a bit pricey, allthough very nice.
Worth ringing around and seeing what deals they can do
