"I am reliably informed that Norwich City's finances are in a more parlous state than we realise and that is something that interests and concerns me in equal measure. In my naive view of the world, we own our own ground, earned £5.5m in player sales last summer, attract near-capacity crowds for every home game, enjoyed two years of parachute payments, and are paying off the development of the Jarrold Stand through a 15-year securitisation deal. Yet apparently, the Carrow Road cupboard is emptier than we could imagine.

I'm curious by nature and it makes me wonder. Just how much did it cost the club to part company with Peter Grant?"

So which reliable person has RB been speaking to, and how reliable is he or she? Or is the fact that our finances up the creek without a paddle just a statement of the bleedin' obvious?
