Signings

I'm not Gus Hiddink but why would would we need Halford/Earnshaw/Eastwood & some others mentioned?
Although all good players we are covered pretty well in all areas except centre back and a 6ft + striker.
So surely it's gotta be a centre back (Taylor) and a biggish striker for Evans/JC to play off?
I just cant see why we'd get any other postions filled.
Or perhaps I'm typical City & lack ambition!!!
