There has to be a counterbalance or the system gets skewed.

I bet my idea would reduce house prices, since there would be a constant stream of sales consequent upon death. I think that would be a good thing, since it would make housing more affordable.

The trouble is, you would have to have started all this a long time ago. It would be too great a revolution now.
