admittedly most were during my football playing days. Can't begin to describe (to someone that's never experienced it) but, it's more painful (initially at least) than breaking a leg. If you can imagine someone taking a darning needle, heating it up until it's red hot and then slowly shoving said needle into a testicle? That's about the same level of pain.
