My neighbour is being in-ker-edibly pissy with us in terms of about an inch-wide strip of land, boundary maintenance and so on.

I am todally and utterly and completely fed up and want to get him back.

What can I do (without getting caught)? Nothing dangerous - just unpleasant..."deeply unpleasant" is fine...
