Yup, would agree. So, a group without good relationships is a group. With the right

relationships it is a team.

Then I stand by my version. Teams are required to be efficient in my business. Groups are not. Therefore I find nurturing the relationships extremely important as I feel the need to transform groups into teams.

Sounds perfectly logical to me.
