Reuters. Thing is, some of the things they ask are really loaded questions. Put in what seams a no one position. I remember one they asked.

You are working for the company and you have to follow a strict and disiplined process / procedure. On a given situation would you still follow this process, even if the way you were to tackle the problem would have a more benefical outcome for the company, than if you followed the process.

Now how do you answer that ??
