Their 'fair usage' policy is really good...
...used to be simply unlimited downloads, but there were a lot of people downloading gigs and gigs of stuff so they put in a little clause.
If you download too much you get a letter, which will tell you that they're capping your service to a 'fairer speed for everyone' during peak times (something like 3pm to 9pm, can't remember off the top of my head) but you can continue to download unlimited amounts.
We download a fair bit in the house, but haven't had the letter through - or noticed any slowdown. We're on the basic telly, phone and broadband package.
