I don't idolise him if that's what you mean

he's a very talented player and very exciting to watch. And without him I'm sure we wouldn't have got promoted in 2003/4. For that alone he deserves to be (and is) a City Legend.

However when he plays he strikes me as someone with talented feet but not much between the ears (good when acting instinctively, rather less so when given time to think). His comments just reinforce that view. He just has to concentrate on playing, not running the "business element of the club. He should stick to what he does best.
