Thank you for raising your concerns to us with regards to the problems you appear to have been experiencing. You are quite right that nothing else seems to be working, not least you considering the amount of time we note that you spend on football messageboards and google. Trying to suck up to all the Mac geeks isn't going to win you any brownie points either. We appreciate your ongoing patience though and hang in there, once we've sussed out how to monopolise the commentary you can be sure we will be right back at you with the price increase.
