The last two weeks, we have missed the start of the commentary for Norwich City games. This week there seems to be no commentary whatsoever.

In addition, while I am a Windows user, I find it outrageous that all Apple users had the service they had paid for removed, when it is quite simple to connect them through a proxy.

What refund will you give the people who paid 25 quid and receive the service they pay for only intermittently ?
