Like, for instance, don't break the speed limit on the first three junctions of the M18 during the last week in the month. It's well known that that's where and when quotas are reached, even if the existance of "quotas" are officially denied.

What I really object to are the whining c**ts (and they've been on here in the past) saying "I've been caught speeding, any tips for gettng off the fine?". One: take the f**king fine you prick. Learn not to drive like a c**t.
