He still has the core of Worthingtons team to field each week, he has already made changes and brought new players in - and not just to shut the fans up ...
He has already said that there are a huge amount of players that are not responding to his way of doing things, but sensibility tells you that with us already having a paper thin squad, he is not going to get rid of those that donot figure until he has a decent replacement ... therefore he has to continue playing them
Younger players have been put out on loan - to give them experience and to get them of their arses and to do what they are paid to do ...
Personally dont believe you can judge him until at least this time next year, when he has brought enough players in to replace the lazy, heartless w**kers that we currently have in our squad. Grant can train them all week, but he cant play the 90 minutes for them!
