He's already getting involved in all levels of the club and has put some of the youth out to loan to gain experience which can only be a good thing.

Would we have seen the likes of Chris Martin even on the bench under Worthy, probably not as he would have gone out and got some s**te on loan for a month.

I would imagine they'll be quite a few more changes in the summer both on and off the field. As the saying goes, you can't polish a turd and quite frankly the decisions on the playing side since relegation have been for the most part shocking and it will take time to change them.
