Well that's yet another problem

over-promoting an idiot to be in charge of relations with the media is a recipe (!) for trouble. The reason the players are so unpopular is that they give scripted interviews to the press in which they make all sorts of claims about what they are going to do. Claims they are unable and disinclined to back up. It was Hughes last season - and led directly to his unpopularity (players who are s**t but try hard don't generally attract that level of opprobrium). Recently it has been Doherty who was going to have revenge on Plymouth , but instead made it 6 the number of points he handed to them this season.

And the big plan to counter the unpopularity of the team? Get the idiot oppo to post anonymously on here! And they couldn't even keep that quiet.

In this case I am willing to say that their 2 salaries would be better spent on skilled pasty crimpers.
