When you put it like that, it seems that the whole infrastucture of the club is lacking.

We're incapable of finding any decent players abroad, or any good young players within the lower reaches of the English League or elsewhere in the British Isles, and under Worthington it seemed that our signings were largely comprised of players who'd played well against us.

The Academy hasn't produced anything special for years on end, and (as you say) it doesn't seem like the medical side of things is too hot either.

I hope some of the money from the sales of Ashton, Green, Jonson, Francis, McKenzie etc has been ploughed into these infrastructural concerns because if it hasn't, the Board had better have a good explanation as to where it *has* gone ...
