I've seen nutjobs in Leeds, Wakefield and Sheffield (more in Sheffield because I've lived here longer than the other two) to compare with any in Norwich. And I don't just mean the city centre Marigoldalikes, I mean the full spectrum of mong from the neighbourhood slighty-weird right up to the shouting at overhead planes lunatic.

MWE based thier nutters on real Norwich nutters because they happened to see the nutters in Norwich. I bet if their favourite live performance venue was Sheffield they'd've had a Sheffield Che Guevara character based on one of our local Hnnnnnnngs.

Absolutely nothing outstanding about Norwich's nutters, in volume or depth of lunacy.
