Really ?

I always think Norwich stands out with the number of nutbags especially in the centre. Mary Whitehouse Experience agreed and based about 4 of their nutbags on Norwich loons (Milky Milky, Jesus Bandage Man, the tramp who always shouted "slaaaaaag" and another I cannot think of)
