KLM is the best airline I've used. And the most expensive.

You know what you're dealing with if you take a cheap airline (or you should). It's similar to taking the ferry. If it doesn't go between Harwich and Hoek van Holland (either direction) the only alternative is Dover-Calais (or the other way around) and they will only pay the cost of the ticket, not the petrol or train either side.

Calculated risk innit. On the other hand I've had only good experiences with EasyJet.
