Yeah good luck mate. My missus
deals with it all day - as a gynaecologist in a country where all singleton "easy" births are done at home with a midwife (although much more qualified than UK midwives), she only gets to see the bad births and often very very bad stuff.
And she tells the toughest baby jokes I know.
Not like WOTB to over-react to a sick joke which was not meant to offend anyone...
