Well, I think there are several reasons why, as business people, they might not sack him..

1/ Their main source of revenue, season-tickets, seems to be secure irrespective of results

2/ Sacking NW will cost money - recruiting another manager presently employed will cost money

3/ A decent manager will only come to the club if they have a reasonable amount of money to spend.
