Agreed, but...

as you say business is business.
If you were in charge of a business and had an employee who for the last 18 months has failed to hit targets, made lame excuses and even criticised your customers (us, the fans) I would have hoped said employee would have been out the door months ago.
What concerns me is it is obvious things are s**t, things have been for ages, yet there have still not been anay changes.
When will the changed come? I take on board the points you have made, but we don't seem to be run by logical decisive business people.
