At a rate of cutting the PSBR by ?2bn a year

it will take 15 or 16 years (depending on whether the PSBR is ?32bn or ?30bn this tax year) to reduce the PSBR to zero. In meantime the NATIONAL DEBT is increasing at a horrific rate as each year's PSBR is added to it !
