Genuine question, say if a production company,Film company publisher or TV company
Have to withdraw some of their programs, films, books, etc due to one of the stars being prosecuted for whatever, I wonder what kind of insurances they have for these scenarios? Do the artists have to sign pre-contract agreements to repay amounts, or sort of pre-nups?
Will I be able to watch Little Britain again and should I burn our kid’s book of Gangsta Granny?
