not that the "who" matters much really, but the legal wrangling around this case is truly fascinating. the defence's attempt to invoke article 2 of the european convention on human rights is a very unusual and remarkable use of the right to human life. high court judgement could be as early as next week.
i think i know who PPT is actually but the speculation is by the by here, the defence's argument is potentially highly dangerous in its implications.
