If it's a foul in the box it's a penalty.

If it's a bad foul it's a yellow card.

If it denies a clear goalscoring opportunity it's a red card.

There isn't a stipulation for whether the victim of the foul "throws his arms in the air a bit" or "yelps like an injured dog" or whatever other s**t people want to say.

It was a penalty and Henry didn't dive (as he received a clear whack on the shin). Get over it.
