Making personal, baseless suggestions like that is surely defamation or slander. I’m obviously not a legal expert but even from just a human perspective, the correct thing to do here is apologise and maybe step away from here for a while. I also think maybe you should consider whether it might be best to stop using social media altogether. It clearly isn’t sensible to carry on in this manner.
