I quite like Deliciously Ella's instant overnight oats! IMPORTANT PORRIDGE INFO FOLLOWS

I have discovered the trend of adding an egg to porridge. At the end of cooking , when you'd normally put a splash of milk in, whisk that milk with an egg and a dash of vanilla, and whisk it through and you have a porridge custard sensation. My puritanical porridge is now in a new indulgent world.
