turns out they have replaced the old clunky ticket scanners with new fangled touch screen tablet like screens and we were in like flynn (a slang phrase meaning to achieve a goal, gain access, or succeed quickly, easily, and often smoothly, popularized in the 1940s which refers to the notorious reputation of the hollywood actor errol flynn for his effortless romantic conquests) *tweaks corners of imaginary moustache*.
so yeah, lots going on muy positiva on and off the field.
also it's encouraging to know that our american overlords are wise enough to appreciate that dumb as f**k moves like wanting to shunt the away fans to the stand behind the riverend goal is a huge bollocks of an idea. c.f. roy hodgsons thoughts on our support at the recent bristol city away game.
