I think Big Phil is far superior in his relationship with the players. Someone snidey commented on the bbc that the players celebrated today like they'd won the World Cup. YES. Because that's how he makes them feel.In my 57 years of following City I don't think any one has come close to effecting such a positive change in the club. Only Lambert, and possibly Ron, come anywhere near.
