Here's what I'd do...
Here's what I'd do. I'd structure a huge TV deal, biggest one ever done with FL. Every game free to air on TV. TV companies could monetise it massively by increased sponsorship revenues etc.
With all this extra cash that the FL clubs now have i would mandate they pass a big reduction in ticket price to the fans. This would offset the traditional argument that if the game is live on TV we lose the day fans. I'm talking like £5-£10 an adult ticket (for those stadiums which struggle with numbers) and £1 concession tickets. Take football back to its grassroots of local hard-working people who aren't priced out.
With fuller stadiums there will be better atmosphere and clubs can monetise the stadium fans by upselling drinks food, merch etc.
