I understand and agree with all you said above but the

crux of what puzzles me is why it isn’t at least highly suspicious to the remaining Faithful that Rachel is a Traitor. Fiona had to know (as a traitor herself) that the only way to kick out a fellow traitor was at Round Table. If Rachel was a faithful then all Fiona needed to do is liaise with her fellow traitors and murder Rachel. Why wouldn’t she do that? Easy job done. Therefore the only explanation is that Rachel is a traitor. Or are you saying that displaying such narcissistic and apparent illogical game play by Fiona, means that no one questions this line of thinking?
