I'm not sure I entirely follow. We know that they were both traitors and aware of each other?
But Fiona went after Rachel because she's an envious narcissist and put her prejudices ahead of any sensible game play.
She then didn't vote for Rachel at the roundtable but went for Sam instead which was her reakising she was cooked and no-one believed her about Rachel.
No-one went after Rachel because they thought Fiona was a lunatic.
