Sainsbury's Harvest multi grain (which has changed now to some sort of multi seed crap)
The same sort of stuff from the bakery at The Roy's of Bowthorpe Shopping Emporium (sausage rolls and pies also delish from there), or Tesco Tiger bloomer which is sometimes available with salt and black pepper on it.
