The biggest single thing that would make a significant difference...

is getting a at least one LB and Diallo fit again.
Most of this season we've had no proper LB or a proper LW/LWB and as our whole left side that's a massive weakness/imbalance to overcome. We've had the likes of Cordoba, Fisher and Kenny at LB and they've all been bad and targeted successfully by the opposition (Wrexham & Leicester especially).
We might be able to grind out a couple of results but until at least a couple of those players are back no manager is going to be able to make us actually look good.
