Agree to some extent.

The squad looks perfectly capable of staying up, but many are inexperienced in terms of the Championship and are massively lacking in confidence. We need someone who will come in and get them going quickly. I don’t think any of the names being mentioned are long-term solutions. Get someone in with the experience to keep us up, get a new SD in and recruit a head coach towards the end of the season or over the summer. We’ll be a much better proposition then.
