The idea that you can't go for X manager because it went wrong with Y team is just nonsense, because the players at Y are all different.

Yes, the manager might have things they do at all clubs, eg Manning making boring subs at 60 minutes, or making the players pass it around at the back, but just because Carrick had a great start at Boro does not mean the same would happen here, as most of our players can't defend or keep the ball. I am almost certain nobody will have a great start once employed here this season.
