It’s a bit weird how managers fall from grace

It’s not like they’re actually playing but somehow Gary O’Neill is now a better manager than someone like Steve Bruce

Then you have Mark Hughes who is younger than David Moyes but plying his trade in the national league.

Can they just not keep up with modern tactics?
