There seems to be a real disconnect between Knapper and his scouts

I assume Knapper does all the data work then sends out the scouts to watch the player numerous times. Either the scouts are really s**tty at their job and how to spot a player or they can spot a crap player but are afraid to tell
Knapper they are s**t. Both untenable scenarios.
