Connor Southwell makes a good case.

Says recruitment has given him a squad which isn't suited at all to what made him successful at Bristol. Says it's based around dynamic no. 8s and we just don't have anything like that. Thinking about Jason Knights and Max Bird, that feels right to me.

This feels like a team thrown together based on data picking up individual performances rather than a team put together to play in a certain way.
